Create one PDF from multiple images

Private image-to-PDF processing

JPG, PNG, and WebP processing runs locally in your browser. Files are not uploaded to Looty Tools. HEIC and HEIF decoding also runs in the browser with a local library (heic2any); this tool does not send images to a Looty Tools conversion endpoint.

Limits and important notes

• Maximum of 20 image files per conversion.
• Maximum size per image is 25 MB.
• Maximum combined size of all selected files is 50 MB.
• Maximum image dimension is 8192 pixels on either edge.
• Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF.
• Multi-frame HEIC files can produce multiple PDF pages; animated GIF is not supported.
• Very large images may use significant browser memory.
• Output appearance can depend on page size, margin, and fit (Contain or Fill) settings.
• Transparent PNG images can keep alpha when embedded as PNG. HEIC frames are decoded as JPEG and do not keep transparency.
• Image metadata such as EXIF may not be preserved.
• The PDF page order follows the arranged image order.
• This tool does not convert existing PDF pages into images; use PDF to JPG for that workflow.

Are my images uploaded?

No. JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC processing run in your browser. HEIC decoding uses a local browser library, and files are not uploaded to Looty Tools.

Which image formats are supported?

JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF are supported.

Can I change the image order?

Yes. Arrange the selected images before creating the PDF.

Can I remove an image before conversion?

Yes.

Can I combine multiple images into one PDF?

Yes. Each selected image is added in the arranged order.

Does the tool support HEIC images?

Yes. HEIC and HEIF files are decoded in the browser. Multi-frame HEIC files can produce multiple PDF pages.

Will transparent images keep their transparency?

Transparent PNG images can keep alpha when embedded as PNG. HEIC frames are decoded as JPEG, so they do not keep transparency. PDF viewers may still show a light background behind transparent areas.

Can I convert a PDF into JPG or PNG images?

Use the PDF to JPG tool for that workflow.

Does the PDF keep the original image metadata?

Image metadata such as EXIF may not be retained in the finished PDF.
