About Looty Tools

How User Feedback Helps Improve Looty Tools

Looty Tools grows through real use. Issue reports and improvement suggestions—submitted from the tool you were using—help the team spot failures, clarify instructions, and decide what to improve next. This guide explains how that feedback works and what makes a useful note.

Report an issue versus Suggest an improvement

Report an issue is for something that went wrong or felt broken: failed conversions, incorrect output, download problems, confusing pages, unclear instructions, or slow performance.

Suggest an improvement is for product ideas: new features, better output options, easier workflows, more format support, accessibility improvements, or other ideas.

The tool is identified automatically

When you open feedback from a workspace menu, the tool identity comes from the live tool registry for that page—not from a free-text name you type. That reduces mix-ups like reporting the wrong converter.

How reports help diagnosis

Browser differences, format edge cases, and device limits often show up first in user reports. A short description plus optional diagnostics (user agent, viewport, language) and the page path can reveal patterns that automated tests miss.

Reports that include steps, expected vs actual results, and whether the problem is repeatable are especially useful.

How suggestions influence the roadmap

Suggestions help the team see demand—new formats, clearer controls, accessibility needs. Popular, specific ideas are easier to evaluate than one-word requests.

Not every suggestion will be implemented. Capacity, technical limits, and privacy goals all affect prioritization. Feedback is input, not a commitment.

Privacy boundaries

Feedback is reviewed internally. Files and converted downloads are never attached. Diagnostics are optional (checked by default). Optional email is for follow-up only. Successful sends show an in-modal confirmation—there is no automated confirmation email.

What makes a useful report

State the action you took, what failed or what you want improved, and any browser or format clues you already know. Skip unrelated personal data. If you need a private conversation beyond the tool form, use Contact Us.

How Feedback Helps FAQ

What is the difference between an issue and a suggestion?
Issues describe problems with current behavior. Suggestions describe ideas for how a tool could work better.
How does Looty Tools know which tool I mean?
The workspace menu attaches the official tool identity for that page automatically.
Will my suggestion be built?
Not necessarily. Feedback informs priorities; it is not a guarantee of implementation.
Is my file included when I send feedback?
No. Files and conversion output are never attached.
Where do I start?
Open any live tool workspace, use the three-dot menu, and choose Report an issue or Suggest an improvement—or read the reporting guide for a full walkthrough.
