How to Rotate a PDF Page Online
Rotate PDF fixes sideways or upside-down pages directly in your browser. This guide covers selecting pages, the three rotation amounts, resetting before you export, and why the download button starts out disabled.

Step-by-step rotation
Rotate & download stays disabled until at least one page actually has a rotation applied — there is nothing to export from an unrotated file, so the button will not let you generate a no-op download.
- Open /tools/rotate-pdf and choose or drop a PDF (up to 25 MB, up to 300 pages).
- Wait for page previews to render — each page card shows its current rotation.
- Rotate a single page with its own Rotate left, Rotate right, or Rotate 180° buttons, or select pages with the checkbox and use a bulk rotate button.
- Select Rotate & download.
Selecting and rotating pages
Each page has its own checkbox. Checking one or more pages and using a bulk rotate button (90° clockwise, 90° counterclockwise, or 180°) rotates only that selection. If nothing is selected, the bulk buttons apply to every page — so Select all followed by a bulk rotate is how you rotate an entire document in one action.
For quick single-page fixes, skip selection entirely and use that page’s own Rotate left / Rotate right / Rotate 180° buttons.
Resetting before you export
Reset rotation sets every page back to 0° without touching your page selection, so you can undo a rotation experiment and start over without re-uploading the file. Rotate & download becomes disabled again immediately after a reset, since there is nothing left to export.
Rebuilding a digitally signed PDF to apply rotation can invalidate its signature.
Privacy
Rotation runs locally in your browser using pdf-lib and pdf.js page previews. Your PDF is not uploaded to Looty Tools servers.
