Limits and known issues

• Input: TIFF (.tif, .tiff) only, up to 25.0 MB and 8,192 px per side.
• This tool places exactly one image on one PDF page. For combining several images into one multi-page PDF, use the dedicated Images to PDF tool.
• Because this conversion is inherently single-page, a multi-page scanned TIFF does not become a matching multi-page PDF — only the TIFF's first page is placed on the (also single) PDF page, and every page after it is left out.
• Metadata is not preserved in the downloaded file.

What is validated before conversion?

The file must actually be a TIFF — the tool checks the byte-order header (little-endian "II*" or big-endian "MM*"), not just the filename or extension, before decoding.
