Convert TIFF to PNG Without Uploading

TIFF to PNG on Looty Tools never uploads your file for conversion. Decoding and encoding stay in the browser and only the first TIFF page is converted.

Private by design

Your TIFF file is decoded locally using the same TIFF decoding library already used by the general Image Converter. There is no conversion endpoint that receives the file bytes.

First page only, by design

This local decoder reads only the first page (IFD) of the TIFF file. Additional pages are never sent anywhere — they are simply not decoded or included in the output in this version of the tool.

Alpha without silent flattening

Unlike the JPG converter, TIFF to PNG does not paint a white background first, so any alpha channel already present in the decoded TIFF page is kept rather than silently replaced.
