Limits
- Maximum file size is 15 MB.
- Drawing shapes, footnotes/endnotes, tracked changes, and tables of contents are skipped rather than reproduced.
- Character-level highlight color is not carried over (paragraph background color is).
- Unsupported elements are skipped gracefully rather than corrupting the output.
- Output text is real, selectable, and searchable — not a scanned image.

- Is my ODT document uploaded anywhere?
- No. Conversion runs locally in the browser. Your document is not uploaded to Looty Tools.
- Is the text in the PDF selectable and searchable?
- Yes. The tool produces a real PDF with selectable, searchable text, not a scanned image.
- What ODT formatting is preserved?
- Paragraphs, headings, bold, italic, underline, font size, text alignment, ordered and unordered lists (including nested lists), tables, embedded images, explicit page breaks, and paragraph text/background colors.
- What ODT features are not supported?
- Drawing shapes, footnotes/endnotes, tracked changes, and tables of contents are skipped rather than reproduced. Character-level highlight color (as opposed to paragraph background color) is not carried over.
- What happens with unsupported content?
- Unsupported elements are skipped gracefully so the rest of the document still converts correctly — they never corrupt the output. Conversion only fails if the document has no convertible content at all.
- What is the maximum file size?
- The maximum file size is 15 MB.
